Project New Hope promotes opportunity, self-sufficiency, and dignity for low-income or homeless people, focusing primarily on those living with HIV/AIDS and related disabilities.

We are dedicated to providing permanent affordable housing and computer training to individuals with HIV/AIDS in Los Angeles. Our services assist people with HIV/AIDS who also face the challenges of homelessness, and mental illness. PNH remains the largest operator of housing for people living with AIDS in Los Angeles County.
